Extreme Durable
Hardness of 9 Mohs, the same as Ruby nozzle. It provides highest hardness in the market and far superior to ordinary hardened steel nozzle. It could ensure continuous printing without replacing nozzle, especially printing with filament such as Carbon Fiber, PEEK, etc.
High Temperature Resistance
Temperature resistance up to 550 ℃, which is the same as copper plated nozzle, but Tungsten nozzle is more wear-resistant than copper plated nozzle.
Good Heat Conduction
Thermal conductivity of 130W/m·k, much better than Rubby nozzle(45W/m·k) and hardened steel nozzle(26W/m·k). The better thermal conductivity greatly speeds up filament melting speed in hot zone.
High strength
Expansion coefficient of 4.5μm/m·℃, much lower than copper plated nozzle(16.7μm/m·℃). It can adapt to continuous high temperature printing without deformation, especially when printing large-scale molds.
Compatibility
These 3D printer nozzles compatible with MK8 hotend of Creality Ender / CR series 3D printers. Also compatible with CR-10 all-metal hotend, Prusa i3, Anet A8, Reprap, etc.

Material & Technology
The nozzle is cemented carbide formed by high temperature sintering, the material is tungsten carbide (94%) and zinc (6%).
Because tungsten carbide has the advantages of high temperature resistance, good thermal conductivity, small thermal deformation and high hardness, it's a good material to be used in 3D printing nozzle.
