Detailed InformationStructure Description This kit is used to be MK8 hotend upgrade replacement parts. The heatsink and heat break are produced by Phaetus. Heat block and nozzle are produced by Creality. The feeding port of the heatsink is designed like Ultimaker, no pneumatic fittings is needed. Applicable Scene Fit for filaments whose nozzle temperature over 230°C, such as ABS, nylon, HIPS, carbon fiber. PLA, PLA+, PETG do not need this kit, for needed temperature is lower than 220 ℃. Use of Screws We provide m3*20 screws, which could be assembled in the same way as stock hotend. If use these screws, increase fan speed to ensure the temperature of heatsink, avoiding filament melting in heatsink advancely. |

How to Fix Tube1. Before insert or pull out the bowden tube, please take out the collet clip first. 2. Press the coupler collet and insert or pull out the tube, and keep pressing during this porsession. 3.After the tube is fully inserted and tightly butted with the inner hole of heatsink, fix the tube with collet clip. |

Tips
If you are facing clogging problem, please try the followings:
1. Increase the retraction speed.
2. Increase the extruder acceleration.
3. Reduce the retraction length.
4. Increase the nozzle temperature by 5-10 degrees.
5. Do not install the 2 screws for support the heatblcok like the stock hotend on the CR-10 printer.
6. Make sure that there is no gap between the heatsink and the heat breaker.
Note & Warning
- If print above 280℃, take off the silicone sleeve.
- Like most of MK8 all metal hotend, its heatsink is 2mm shorter than stock ones.
- Material of heat block is aluminum, so maximum temperature is lower than 300 ℃.
- Tighten connection of heating block, heatsink and nozzle to avoid filament leakage.
- Internal structure of heatsink and break is unique, must be used together.
- All parts packaged in the form of parts and you need to assemble them for use.
